The cottage is awesome with a capital A! It's everything we were hoping for and more. We've been up there almost every weekend and doing a little work but nothing substantial as yet…. But I've got plans Toddy!

Bought a couple of 4 wheelers got 14' tin pan with a 9.9 and life is good. The fishing is ridiculous 28" pike last weekend yee haw! Jumped around like a little girl high fiving my buddie!!

The neighbours are great and were heading up there for two weeks starting this weekend. Our cottage tel # 613-472-5564, your more than welcome to bring Robin and the kids for a visit just give us a call or drop in on your travels for a cold refreshing beverage.

I've got s friend looking for a cottage but their looking in muskoka area, I've told her id she starts looking in this area she has to use you. If you need us any references (I suspect you don't) let us know, more than happy to do so. Put me back on your email list for places between, 200-300k I have no plan to move but you never know if a screaming deal came up! All best and happy summer!!

Todd assisted us in getting quotes for the necessary renovations of our future house, provided answers to all our questions, stayed with us during the inspection, returned with us to the house as often as we needed and assisted us in all phases of negotiations. Even though we had to extend the deadline to wave our conditions twice, as we were unable to get the mortgage in place fast enough, he helped us with a lot of patience through the whole process and stayed in close contact to assist us with all our problems.

Although the purchase of our house was not straight forward, he helped us with a lot of dedication through the whole process and scheduled all interactions and meetings to our convenience.

We really felt supported and cared for; it's a good feeling when making such an important purchase. Because of his knowledge of how a building should be built, his professional intervention provided us with the necessary information to make the right decisions. Besides giving us professional advice regarding the actual purchase, he got us in contact with contractors of his recommendation and made the life after the actual purchase a lot easier for us and the work we got done so far is just perfect!

Todd was the outstanding professional we were looking for and having him work with us made a nerve-wracking process a wonderful success!
